1 Automatic Fall Detection

Fall detection is still a developing technology, which means that sometimes false alert can occur. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that every serious fall will be detected as many variables come into play. Please read the user guide carefully for more information.

Our equipment works anywhere in Canada where there is cellular coverage.

3 Can be worn in bath or shower

Although the equipment is protected from immersion in water with a depth of up to 1 meter (or 3.3 feet) for up to 30 mins, it cannot sustain exposure to hot water. This could result in permanent damage to the equipment.

4 12 Months Limited Warranty

We pledge to repair or replace any SecurMEDIC product or component that is defective in material or workmanship. This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, batteries, misuse, water damage or lost/stolen products. This limited Warranty is non-transferable.

5 Battery life between charges

The actual battery life varies based on several factors including : actual usage, movement and strength of surrounding cellular network.

SecurMEDIC™ is a 24 hour Alarm Monitoring System, which consists of a two-way voice communicator unit and a waterproof personal emergency button. With the push of a button, a live link will be established between you and our Emergency Monitoring Center. Our highly trained staff will then be able to communicate directly with you and access medical records. If necessary, someone will be sent to your residence or current location to help you.
